Three of the 13 sub-fairs of Hannover Messe 2011 focus on power generation - conventional and renewable. According to the organizer, »Wind« is the leading trade fair for Wind Generation Technology, Components and Services, »Energy« concentrates on Renewable and Conventional Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution, while »Power Plant Technology« is a show for Power Plant Design, Systems, Operation and Maintenance.
»Energy« spans everything from energy generation through to consumption, documenting the future energy mix. The latest developments in wind energy technology will be showcased at »Wind« - whether it's cutting-edge plant and components for energy generation, solutions facilitating the integration of wind energy generation into decentralized grids or repowering and offshore concepts. »Wind» focuses on the potential and competitive strength of renewable energy, on energy efficiency in industrial processes and on such vital questions as sustainable climate protection and secure distribution networks. »Power Plant Technology« focuses on technologies and concepts designed to boost power plant efficiency, reduce CO2 emissions and safeguard our climate. The show presents the entire value chain, including peripheral technologies and services.
