Osram’s new
electronic control gear (ECG) DBD 300/110-240 DIM has been designed for the 30W to 300W performance range. A pulsed operation enables control of VUV-emitting Xeradex excimer lamps, the output of which can be continuously regulated from 10% to 100%. This is supposed to facilitate integration and adaption of Osram’s Xeradex lamps in production systems, where the are used for the surface treatment of semiconductor materials or in display or solar cell production.
