Various players from the field communication area have joined their efforts and intend to co-sponsor the second annual Field Communication Lounge exhibit at two of the world’s largest automation trade shows.
The idea behind the Field Communication Lounge is to create a single exhibit area for visitors to learn about and experience the latest in field communication technologies and discuss how they are used to deliver powerful results that may quickly improve a company’s profitability. The Lounge’s combined exhibit concept better aligns with the way users often integrate field communication technologies at their own facilities. Fair visitors will have a central place to discuss and compare the leading automation communication protocols--their advantages, applications, integration and how they can work together.
The Lounge provides an opportunity for visitors to get a first-hand look at the solutions offered by their member companies. Automation companies will have practical demonstrations of their respective communication solutions including intelligent field devices, communication / configuration solutions, control / asset management applications, wireless technology, and protocol integration products.
