Avnet Embedded Adds Kontron in Italy

Avnet Embedded,has extended its franchise with Kontron to cover Italy. Avnet Embedded already represents Kontron on a global scale, including France through Axess Technology and in Nordic through Trident.

 

The new Kontron relationship gives Avnet Embedded access to their complete range of  embedded computing platforms in Italy, significantly enhancing its portfolio for this region. Avnet Embedded already markets, sells and supports Microsoft embedded operating systems in Italy, as well as leading franchises of displays and wireless modules.

Avnet Memec Signs Energy Micro in Europe

Avnet Memec has signed a pan-European distribution agreement with Energy Micro. Under the terms of this agreement, Avnet Memec will distribute Energy Micro’s complete range of ultra low power EFM32 Gecko microcontroller products. The agreement is effective from today.
