RS Android App Speeds Access To Magazine Info

RS Components has developed an Android application for its eTech magazine.

The app is available free-of-charge in English language and enables users of a wide range of smartphones and tablets to access the interactive publication, which is designed to inform and update customers on the latest electronics products, technologies and online design resources offered by RS. 

The new app complements the iPad app, currently available in English and Japanese language versions, which now includes the iOS 5 Newsstand feature for quick and easy access to the user’s magazine and newspaper subscriptions. New subscriptions to eTech through the iPad app will go directly to the user’s Newsstand folder and as new issues become available, Newsstand automatically updates them in the background.
