KEC, the EMC interconnect specialist has been appointed as a UK sales partner by Provertha, the German manufacturer of D-sub connectors, hoods, cable assemblies and associated accessories.
Paul O’Mahony, Provertha’s European sales and marketing manager, seen here with KEC managing director Cheryl Watson, said: “KEC is a company that is highly respected and has considerable expertise in the field of EMC interconnect and this, together with KEC’s knowledge of our target markets such as the rail, aerospace and associated industries, is the major reason that we have made this appointment.”
KEC manufactures a range of high quality EMC connector backshells, bulkhead fittings and glands, EMC conduit products and cable harness assemblies. The company has also developed a new EMC interconnect computer test simulation system that ensures EMC interconnect specifications are designed ‘right-first-time’ thus saving expensive redesign and re-test prior to certification.
Provertha manufactures a comprehensive range of D-sub connectors, including hoods, accessories and cable assemblies. The new Profibus and Canbus products with integrated M12 or internal cable clamps are also a major product focus.
