Some go faster and some go slower . Of course your target time has a real driving factor to focus on the training , however its being part of an event that has 37,500 participants , millions of spectators on the route and many many millions watching through out the world .

I'd be delighted to share my experience with anyone that's thinking of taking up the challenge in 2013 .  

The Kenyans can breath a sigh of relief ......I probably was never going to trouble them......unless they did two laps and I did one .....and even then I doubt it ;-)
