Arrow Electronics has added SMSC to its Europe,

Arrow’s strong focus on automotive customers is expected to broaden the availability of SMSC’s in-car entertainment products centred around the MOST bus and its TrueAuto automotive-qualified USB and Ethernet solutions.

It’s products drive a number of industry standards and include USB, MOST automotive networking, Kleer wireless audio, embedded system control and analogue solutions, including thermal management and RightTouch capacitive sensing.
The semiconductgor company provides USB hubs, card readers and transceivers, PC systems and input/output (I/O) controllers, Ethernet and embedded networking devices. It also provides automotive in-vehicle networks optimised to deliver entertainment and navigation content as well as real-time CD-quality wireless audio-processing technologies.
