RS Adds To IR Lineup

RS Components has added 200 new International Rectifier semiconductors to its product portfolio. 

The product expansion includes the IRAM range, a series of compact plug-and-drive technology power modules, fully protected high-side Intelligent Power Switches (IPS) that are suitable for harsh environments and the IRF DirectFET MOSFET range that increases current density by a factor of two and reduces PCB space by 50%.  

The enhanced portfolio is available direct-from-stock in industry-standard packaging, ready for direct insertion into automated production runs. RS will supply in flexible quantities so that potential customers can order the quantity they need and avoid unnecessary stock-holding costs.
