The leafy grounds of the Effingham Park Hotel in West Sussex provide the backdrop as Hitachi Europe's Display Products Group hands over its European Distributor of the Year award in EMEA to MSC Vertriebs.

Doing the honours is Mark Stanley (right) European sales and marketing manager for Hitachi DPG, who hands over the award to Frank Dettweiler, product marketing manager at MSC watched by Reinhard Tillman, regional distribution manager for Hitachi DPG.

New product identification, design win performance, excellent customer support and solid sales achievement are the attributes required to gain this recognition. Said Mark Stanley, "MSC has excelled in achieving strong sales performance and providing excellent customer support. MSC Vertriebs attention and focus to Hitachi LCD products is apparent from their sales success and the number of new design wins attained."
