The MSC-Gleichmann Group and Vectron International have signed a pan-European distribution agreement for Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Austria, Poland, Roumania, Slovakia, Ukraine and the Czech Republic.
Products covered in the deal include crystals and crystal oscillators, frequency translators, frequency oscillators, clock and data recovery products as well as SAW and crystal filters for telecommunications, data communications, navigation, military, aerospace and instrumentation systems.
“As a manufacturer of high-precision devices, we are dependent on technically competent sales partners that possess a high level of system know-how. We are therefore all the more pleased under the expanded distribution agreement to use the existing specialist knowledge within the MSC-Gleichmann Group also at pan-European level,” said Peter Paschtalka, Key Account Manager Europe of Vectron International during the signing of the agreement in Neckarbischofsheim (Germany).
Rolf Aschhoff, who since March of this year has been responsible as sales and marketing director for crystal and high-frequency activities of the entire MSC-Gleichmann Group, is also pleased with the trust placed in the MSC-Gleichmann staff’s competence. “Crystals, crystal oscillators and frequency translators, etc. obviously play an important role for design-in oriented system providers like MSC and Gleichmann Electronics. As is well known, wherever a microcontroller is used then a crystal is also needed. Vectron International’s high-precision components perfectly round off our portfolio,” he commented.
