Just a week after its official unveiling, Arrow's new sales channel, Arrow Advantage has published its first catalogue.
It is free, which is never a bad start. Even better registrants will go into a draw to win a Blackberry SmartPhone, the accessory de jour for all electronics professionals.
The catalogue contains 10,000 products from the 240,000 different parts which are available from Arrow Advantage. The company says it has chosen this portfolio as they are representative of the products that purchasers and designers most commonly need to meet their design and manufacturing requirements.
The catalogue boasts colour-coded sections covering semiconductors with sub divisions of analogue, discrete and digital devices, and solutions for optoelectronics, wireless and lighting. Other sections cover off passives, electromechanical components, interconnect, cable and wire products, power supplies and platform-level solutions.
For those who missed my earlier post - shame on you - Arrow Advantage has been created to target design houses and SMEs in the UK.
