Mouser Electronics has signed upflash memory specialist Spansion.
Mouser will take to market a range of high- and mid-density flash memory solutions ranging from 8Mbit to 1GBit which use Spansion's proprietary charge trapping storage technology.
"Spansion's mirror-bit technology pushes the boundaries of flash memory technology forward," commented Mike Scott, Mouser's Vice President of Active Products.
Peter Stenseth, Spansion's Vice President and Director, Worldwide Corporate Distribution Sales added, "We look forward to working together to offer the MirrorBit NOR GL family of 3V flash memory and the MirrorBit SPI FL family of serial flash memory to Mouser's broad band of customers."
