EBV Elektronik's electronica week got off to the best possible start when the company was named Distributor of the Year Award at the Elektra 2008 Awards, organised by Electronics Weekly.
The judges cited EBV's business focus allied to a strong technical and applications performance to support customers. They might have added EBV's excellent ECOmise it campaign which encourages energy efficiency and other green initiatives. To reinforce this effort EBV has joined forces with Okopol, the Institute of Environmental Strategies to produce a presentation which will provide customers with information about the Energy using Product Directive (EuP) and the challenges it raises.
