Time I think for a round-up at the news corral.It's good to get an update from one or two of the smaller, independent distributors. 

 

 

Marlow-based Pertronics has signed up as the exclusive European distributor for Aleph Europe, which is a

subsidiary of Nippon Aleph. The agreement brings a range of reed switches, reed relays, proximity sensors and optical switches  from one of the world's largest manufacturers.

 

Unsurprisingly Ian Perry, managing director of Pertronics is pretty excited about the deal. “Aleph have the strength of a large company with the flexibility offered by a strong development team. Working together we can support design and manufacture throughout the EMEA region.," he commented. Aleph, which has one of the industry' broadest ranges of position and movement sensors , is well established in North America and the Far East and is now making its presence known in

Europe

China it reckons it

 has a strong base to attack this market.
