Nu Horizons recently announced a web-based seminar featuring Renesas's 16-bit H8S microcontroller highlighting the product's suitability to interface to a TFT-LCD via Renesas's direct drive technology. Time is of the essence for busy engineers so the 45 minute running time looks just about right.
It packs in hints and tips on developing TFT-LCD applications, training on a full suite of development tools and an overview of the software to get products from concept to production asap.
Engineers who want to be more flexible with their time can take a look at the Digi-Key web site where they will find Product Training Modules - in fact it's fair to say an awful lot of them!! They are offered in audio or power point and last between 5 to 15 minutes and give an overview of the products, their features and applications.
Farnell has pitched in too both with applications information. It also has a superb guide to the legislation which has been introduced or is about to be introduced by the European Union.
