Short notice: Agreement between Magneti Marelli and Mentor Graphics

The automotive electronics systems and components provider Magneti Marelli has signed an agreement with Mentor Graphics. The provider of productivity improvement software across the printed circuit board manufacturing supply chain Valor, a division of Mentor, will supply its »vManage« traceability software for the entire production process from screen printer to SMT (Surface Mount Technology) component placement machines at the company’s locations.

Green standardization is back in the spotlight with a new mandate given by the European Commission and EFTA, the European Free Trade Association, to the European Standards Organisations, CEN, the European Committee for Standardization, CENELEC, the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization, and ETSI, the European Telecommunications Standards Institute, regarding the charging of electric cars, scooters and bicycles.
